From the first inspection to ongoing protection, a considered plan for your home.
01Termite inspections
A closer look, before a small problem grows. We inspect accessible areas of your property for signs of termite activity, visible damage and conditions that can make an infestation more likely — including moisture and timber close to the ground.
You’ll receive clear findings and practical recommendations, including any areas we couldn’t access and the next steps for treatment or ongoing inspections.
02Barrier installation
Protection starts at ground level. A chemical termite barrier creates a treated soil zone around vulnerable parts of your home, helping manage subterranean termites as they approach the building.
We assess your construction, soil and access to recommend a suitable installation. Depending on the property, work may involve trenching soil or accessing soil beneath paving. Regular inspections remain an important part of the protection plan.
03Barrier replenishment
Existing protection needs ongoing attention. Replenishment renews the treatment in a suitable existing termite management system, including reticulation systems where fitted.
We check the system, its treatment history and any changes around the property before recommending the next service. Timing depends on the product, installation and site conditions — we’ll explain what your system needs and when.
04Termite baiting — Exterra & Trelona
An ongoing approach to colony management. Baiting stations are positioned around the property to intercept foraging termites. Workers feed on the bait and share it within the colony, helping the treatment reach beyond the insects you can see.
We install and service Exterra and Trelona ATBS systems, recommending the option that suits your site. Station inspections, activity checks and bait maintenance are part of the program; baiting is an ongoing service rather than a one-off installation.
SMALL INSECTS. SERIOUS DAMAGE.
More can be happening
beneath the surface.
Termites can hollow out timber from within, leaving a thin outer surface that hides the damage. Affected frames, flooring and other timber can lose strength long before the full extent is obvious.
Watch the timber above the footer as worker termites gather. In this accelerated illustration, small bites gradually remove pieces of the timber.
